We’re proud to have been named as a new supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework, an appointment that reflects the continued growth of our asset management arm.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

CCS has named Langtree on Lot 2 Estate (Property) Management, which covers estate, asset and property management, along with associated services. 

The appointment is a significant move for us here at Langtree, and a source of great pride for our hardworking team. We manage multiple properties and estates across the UK for a range of institutional landlords, alongside our established joint venture development work with government and local authorities. 

These joint ventures include Sci-Tech Daresbury alongside Halton Council and the Science and Technology Facilities Council, the Parkside Regeneration programme with St Helens Council, and Hollinwood Junction in partnership with Oldham Council. 

This new expansion into public sector estate management is the result of a carefully considered strategic decision.
