We’re proud to have been appointed to an ESPO framework for property management services, opening new routes to work with public sector clients across the UK, and to have achieved three new ISO accreditations: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Both reflect the continued growth of our public sector work and the standards we hold ourselves to.

The ESPO appointment

ESPO, the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation, is a publicly-owned buying organisation that pre-vets suppliers on their financial standing, professional track record, and operational competence. That rigour matters: it gives public sector clients a ready-made route to commission services from suppliers they can trust, without the time and cost of running a full procurement exercise themselves.

“This appointment demonstrates that the public sector is seeking greater choice and value among its supply chain,” says our Executive Director Jayne Furnival. “We’ve built our reputation through long-term relationships with institutional landlords and government partners, and this is recognition that what we deliver translates directly into what the public sector needs.”

This follows our inclusion on the Government Commercial Agency’s RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework earlier this year. We already have a strong track record working alongside public sector partners through our joint ventures at Sci-Tech Daresbury, Parkside Regeneration, and Hollinwood Junction, so expanding into public sector estate management through frameworks like ESPO is a natural next step.

Three new ISO accreditations

We’re also proud to have achieved ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), each certified following an independent assessment of our management systems.

Achieving all three together isn’t coincidental.
