The name Bevan Mews has been derived from Rugby League Hall of Famer and former Warrington Wolves legend Brian Bevan who continues to hold the World Record for career tries at 796.

Langtree has secured outline planning consent for up to 160 residential units, associated infrastructure and public open space on the former stadium site and will be developed as a premium residential development within walking distance to the town centre.
